Shipping policy

All of our wigs are lovingly packaged with speed all over the world within 1-3 days of cleared payment.  You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your package on its journey.

As standard, we securely package all our wigs in a flat box for the quickest and most budget friendly option for our Truffle Pig family.  We offer the additional option to send your wig fixed on a mannequin head.  As well as ensuring a more solid transit, the mannequin head will also provide a useful place to store your wig.  We sometimes need to select this issue for transit to maintain any particularly intricate styles, but will discuss this with you.

Shipping charges are calculated at check out based on the delivery location and requested delivery speed.  All delivery speeds are estimates only, no guarantee is made or implied.  

Please allow additional time for international orders to process through your customs office (which vary from country to country). Specifically, allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas. Truffle Pig Wigs has no control over the speed at which an order clears customs, however we make every effort to ensure that orders are packaged properly so as to not experience additional clearance delays.
